You might think of Nikki as the Swiss Army knife of ETS; no matter what comes up or what comes her way, Nikki is ready to take it on. 

In stressful situations, she exudes calm and joy to improve the situation for everyone. When complications arise, she immediately goes to work to find the best solution. And when a new opportunity comes her way to better serve ETS’ clients, she takes it on without hesitation.

Thanks to her willing spirit and unrelenting work ethic, Nikki doesn’t rest until the client is happy and everything’s taken care of–which is why she’s such an effective executive coordinator at ETS.
